A homogeneous society shares a common language, ethnicity and culture. Japan and South Korea are examples of homogeneous societies. Within these societies, the immigrant population is low.japanese often think of themselves as a homogeneous society, with a strong sense of group and national identity and little or no ethnic or racial diversity.
